Customers Own Material (COM) Tablecloth Service

We offer affordable, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every tablecloth is custom-made to your exact measurements and design preferences. Pricing is based on the total finished length (in yards) of the final product.

The price is determined according to the table below, which lists the cost per yard for each style. The final price is calculated by multiplying the finished length by the rate shown. Any custom requests or designs outside of the listed items are subject to individual review and negotiation.

If you are supplying your own fabric, please note the following:

• Extra Yardage: Always purchase several additional inches (or ideally ½ yard more than needed) to allow for hems, seams, and any pattern matching.
• Fabric Width: Most fabrics are between 54"–60" wide. If your table is wider than the fabric, seams may be required — we’ll plan their placement carefully to maintain balance and symmetry.
• Pattern Direction: For prints or stripes, consider the direction of the design when ordering yardage. Some patterns require extra fabric for proper alignment.
• Shrinkage & Pre-Washing: Natural fibers such as cotton or linen can shrink when washed or steamed. Pre-washing your material before sending it ensures an accurate final size.
• Condition of Fabric: Please ensure fabric is clean, uncut, and rolled (not folded) to prevent creasing.
• Consultation: We strongly recommend reaching out before purchasing or shipping your fabric so we can confirm the exact yardage, layout, and finishing details for your tablecloth design.
